  • Provide plan for partner or support person with detailed verbal queues, reminders for nourishment and hydration, and pain management support 

  • Exploration of birth plan & birth plan building

  • Educate, practice and prepare for labor ​

  • Postpartum Plan

• Second visit at 35 weeks (1-2 hour visit)

  • Final weeks daily review list

  • Provide answers with evidence based research 

  • Prepare and Educate on breast pump

  • Discuss birth and infant care preferences

  • Phone and email support during business hours from contract signing through 6 weeks postpartum

Labor and Delivery Support

• Hospital, Birth Center or Home

  • Two Additional Hour of Support Immediately After Birth​

  • Professional Back-up Support

• On call support for delivery

  • Up to 4 weeks of on call time (typically 37 weeks 41 weeks)

• Lactation Support

• Photography and videography

• Herbal Bath
